By accessing this website and registering for any events hosted by Kingfisher Ministries, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the registration portal.

2. Registration and Ticketing

All registrations are subject to availability. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Generating an Invitation Letter for visa purposes requires strict adherence to international travel laws, and providing false information is strictly prohibited.

3. Visa and Travel Responsibilities

For international attendees requiring visas, the Invitation Letter provided by this portal is to assist in your visa application process. Kingfisher Ministries does not guarantee the issuance of a visa. Furthermore, as explicitly stated in the invitation, the applicant remains entirely responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and general upkeep while in Zambia.

4. Code of Conduct

While attending our events, you agree to comply with our Visitor Guidelines. We reserve the right to revoke registration and deny entry to any individual who violates these guidelines, causes disruptions, or acts in a manner deemed inappropriate by the event organizers.

5. Media Consent

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Your presence constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with Kingfisher Ministries.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the registration portal following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
