- Sensitive Data: Prayer requests and specific pastoral needs, voluntarily provided by you.
3. How We Use Your Data
We strictly use your data for the following operational purposes:
- To generate official Visa Invitation Letters for international delegates.
- To manage your event registration, seat allocation, and attendance tracking.
- To communicate important updates regarding the conference, travel, and logistics.
- To provide requested airport transfer and pastoral assistance.
We do not and will never sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
We implement strict security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. Our database utilizes encryption for passwords, secure socket layers (SSL), and modern prepared SQL statements to protect against breaches. Access to your personal data is limited strictly to authorized Kingfisher Ministries administrators who have a legitimate need to process your registration.
