Whether you are attending a major conference or visiting for regular services, this system handles your entire registration process.
Why We Register Visitors
As our ministry grows, we receive guests from all over the world. To ensure a safe, organized, and spiritually sound environment, it is necessary for us to know exactly who is coming and who we are dealing with.
Unfortunately, some individuals travel with hidden motives—such as attempting to "test" pastors, making false claims, or causing disruptions. By collecting your information through this portal, we are able to thoroughly verify your background, your home country, the church you currently attend, and your spiritual leadership.
Our Verification Process
Our vetting process is comprehensive. We may contact your current pastors or spiritual leaders to verify your standing, ensure you have a record of good behavior, and understand your reasons for traveling to join us. We conduct these findings carefully before any registration is approved.
Strict Travel Policy
We repeat: No one should commence any journey or book travel to Kingfisher Ministries without first receiving official approval and an Invitation Letter from us through this portal. This rule applies to all international visitors (local attendees may be subject to different guidelines).
Registration and Visa Process
- Individual Registration is Mandatory: If you are traveling as a group (e.g., 3, 4, or 5 people), every single person must register individually. We do not accept group registrations to ensure we comply with the laws of Zambia and thoroughly vet each individual.
- Manual Review: After you register, our administrative team will manually check and review your application.
- Check Your Status: You must log in to your account regularly to check your status. If you qualify to come, we will approve your account in our system.
- Download Your Invitation Letter: Once approved, you will see a prominent option in your dashboard to download your official Invitation Letter.
- Apply for Your Visa: You must then take this downloaded Invitation Letter to the Zambian immigration portal or your nearest embassy to apply for your visa.
